Welcome to Upper Darby Submission Fighting, located in the legendary Upper Darby Boxing Club in Upper Darby, PA. The Upper Darby Boxing Club has been a landmark in boxing, in existence for over 40 years.
Started in 1998, UDSF employs a combination of ground fighting including: Brazilian jiu jitsu, Grappling, Wrestling, Judo and Sambo. Train with some of the top grapplers and BJJ fighters in the country, right here in Upper Darby!
The U.D.P.A.L. (Upper Darby Police Athletic League) also teaches Kickboxing, Boxing, Muay Thai, MMA and Weight Training as well as after school & at risk teen programs.

UDSF had 5 members compete
1st Place Mike Ammon w/via triangle choke submission at 2:10 sec.
1st Place Joe Tecce w/via arm triangle choke submission at 2:00
1st Place Dave Bloxton w/via kimura armlock submission at 1:20 & triangle choke submission at 2:30
2nd Place in just his first competition 'Robocop' Jim McGaughan fought 4 times in 30 minutes! Jim won 3 dominating decisions.
3rd Place Ryan Cannon w/via kimura armlock submission in just under 3 minutes.
