Ask yourself whom I would want inspecting possibly the most expensive purchase I will make? Doesn't it make sense to hire an inspector with experience? Building experience? I have over 25 years of experience in the building and remodeling industry. I have held my MHIC License for 20 years, and ran a successful home improvement and remodeling company, and I have seen and repaired what hasn't worked; what's been done improperly or poorly; but also have the knowledge that finding something that might not be 100% right but knowing it's not a deal-breaker and will last. I am well versed in the real estate transaction with buying, improving and selling many properties.
