When we collect rents and charges collected from tenants, we will disburse them by first taking broker fees, reimbursing the broker for out-of-pocket expenses, paying vendors or affiliates, replenishing the reserve account, and paying the balance to the owner. You won’t have to deal with the tenants at all.
