Howard Hanna Appraisal Services is the oldest ancillary division within the Company. Under the guidance of Dennis Cestra, Senior Vice President, there is a staff of four PA Certified General Appraisers whose primary focus is completing appraisal assignments for commercial and industrial properties, as well as multi-family residential apartments, with a specialty in eminent domain, tax appeals, litigation, and valuation of airport-related properties.

Managing over 2,800 rental properties, this department is one of the largest and most successful in the area. Howard Hanna Property Management represents more than 4,000 units in 5 of our 10 states, including Virginia, North Carolina, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. Property Management has grown exponentially in units managed through our constant focus on the future and our clients’ ever-evolving needs.
