Our class is not a "follow the leader/punch the air" cardio class. It is a healthy workout including cardio training and resistance training to help you lose fat and tone muscle in a short quantity of time.

How many trainings per week should I go to?
We have sessions 6 days a week so the amount of classes you get is based upon your own personal schedule. Many of our members workout about 1-3 times weekly and see best outcomes.
Why can't I just do some 'cardio' instead of kickboxing?
You certainly can just do cardio BUT, without having the correct amount of proper resistance exercise, you won't notice the results you are hoping as quickly and successfully. Cardio may be an important part of a fat loss program but you will need to build lean muscle tissue to actually turn your body into a fat melting device. The only actually effective way to do that is using resistance training, which is clearly what our Kickboxing class accomplishes. The minimum age to enroll in class is 13 years old. Our fitness center in Pittsburgh, PA also has a course for iLoveKickboxing Kids.
