Today, we stand at the forefront of Post Acute and Long-Term Care, and are renowned for our outstanding Rehab-to-Independence program. New Eastwood is currently undergoing a million dollar renovation project as we give a new, state-of-the-art look to our interior and exterior. As a smaller sized facility featuring 97 beds, New Eastwood offers its own distinct blend of charm and warmth in an intimate environment. Our stellar nursing staff is comprised of many familiar faces who have become a beloved presence at New Eastwood over the years and are noted for their compassionate and attentive care.
