Fairview Catering is a family owned and operated business serving Eastern Pennsylvania since 1989. Our fully equipped mobile units ensure all food offered is of the finest quality, prepared on your site, not in a commissary and served hours later. We have banquet facilities available, accommodating up to 200 guests.

You can also visit us at the Fairview Restaurant for lunch or dinner, serving the Lehigh Valley's best Cheese Steak and your favorite domestic or imported beer. Opened in 1872 overlooking the Lehigh River, the Fairview has served generations of families. Since 1979 I have been honored to continue the tradition of serving its loyal guests.
