Terr-Aqua Wastewater and Water Facility Planning Consultants, LLC is a consulting engineering firm based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and serves clients in all areas of the Commonwealth. The firm was formed for the purpose of providing engineering solutions to a multitude of civil/environmental challenges that arise from the management of wastewater, water supply, and stormwater. Terr-Aqua serves the needs of developers, industry, private concerns, commercial and institutional enterprises and governmental entities. The firm provides planning, engineering design, permitting, construction management, and operations services. Its focus is to develop and promote sound engineering solutions in the most cost effective manner for our clients and to provide the highest degree of regulatory interface in order to optimize the permitting and/or governmental approval process.
