Holbrook Tool & Molding is located in a modern, climate controlled, 22,800 sq. ft. facility that includes office, design, quality control, manufacturing and cleanroom molding areas.
The owners have more than fifty years combined experience in molds, dies, component parts, gages and fixtures. We specialize in mold construction and custom molding. Our design department offers two full time designers and three CAD systems including KeyCreator, Pro/E and Unigraphics. We also offer mold repair and troubleshooting. We have five CNC machining centers and a CNC turning center which gives us the opportunity to offer both CNC machining and CNC turning capabilities.
We have ISO 9001:2008 certification for the production of plastic parts.
We have recently completed the building of a 6400 sq. ft. molding addition, which includes a 3600 sq. ft. class 100,000 cleanroom. For pictures of the cleanroom and presses, click on the (Cleanroom) link.
