Central Insurers Group, Inc. formed in 1996, with the merger of the Charles A. Jones Insurance Agency of Philipsburg, PA, and the H.C. Kerstetter Company of Lewistown, PA. The Charles A. Jones Insurance Agency became a member of the Keystone Insurers Group in 1984, and Central Insurers Group, Inc. has carried on that membership to the present day. Keystone Insurers Group grants our agencies broader access to markets, and more options for our clients, all to guarantee them the best products and companies available.
