Robert E. Campbell, a sole practitioner from 1967-1977, and John R. White, a sole practitioner from 1975 to 1977, formed Campbell & White, P.C. in 1977 as a general practice law firm. Attorney Thomas R. Campbell, a member of the firm for fifteen years, is now one of Adams County's Judges of the Court of Common Pleas. While maintaining a general practice, the members of the firm each have their own specialized areas of practice, including estate planning and administration, personal injury, real estate law and settlements, representation of small businesses, corporate law, municipal law and domestic relations matters.
