Want to, but can't get to it (I'm busy, I admit it).

When I do pray, nothing seems to be happening.

I'm not sure God needs me to pray--especially when God knows everything already.

Prayer Chapel West Shore's quiet space for those who wish to pray and meditatea sanctuary reserved for anyone who desires to meet with God.
Find the chapel on the second level, along the hallway closest to the main staircase. Feel free to visit any time the building is open; simply inform the front desk that you will be using it.

October's Man2Man breakfast drew a multitude of men who munched on bagels and fruit (okay, donuts too!) as they listened to Senior Pastor Phil emphasize taking time to connect with God and each other, and then heard Pastor Nate talk about Jesus relationship with his Father and what that means for all men. Check out the great photos here.

"Dear Jesus, please don't come back today."

Director of Prayer Ministry Cathy Morgan shares insightful and encouraging perspectives on the Second Comingfrom the heart and soul of a child. As Cathy vividly describes, her "not today" prayer was in response to hearing too many sermons on Revelationtoo many explicit images of horned beasts and sulfuric fires, bloody moons and falling stars. Journey with Cathy as she learns, through God, that theSecond Comingis not just about the worlds unmaking; its also about love and reunion. There isno fear in love, writes John the Beloved. And while you wait, learn to loveGod. More.

The Bondage BreakerAuthor, Neil T. Anderson
Reviewed by Kim Winters, West Shore contributor

The Bondage Breaker is a great bookbut its not magic fairy dust. It will not help anyone who does not want Christ on His terms for His glory. It will not set anyone free who is still clinging to their chains. But for those who have come to the end of themselves, who want Christ no matter what it will cost them, this book can literally be a lifesaver. More.
