Billing dept has no record of $200 in pmts. When I called to discuss it, give pmt dates and receipt #s, & ask for a corrected statement, 'Linda' was aggressive and rude, talked over me & would not let me finish even one sentence. Have left a msg for a supervisor but no reply. Getting this sorted out will be a huge, unpleasant waste of my time and energy. I would go to another practice in future, no matter how good RGAL doctors may be, in order to avoid a repeat of this.
