Optimum Physical Therapy Associates is a private,
independent physical therapy practice established
by licensed physical therapists Craig Fava, PT and
Glenn Venturini, PT.

Carolyn Maye, PT joined us on a per diem basis in
late 2007 and Charles Garfinkle, PT joined the
company in April 2008.

We are excited to announce that Roger Collins, PT
recently partnered with Chuck to become owners
of Optimum Physical Therapy Associates' new
office in West Chester, PA. The office in Turner
Square at routes 202 and Paoli Pike is now open!!

Initially, Chuck will split time between the two
offices, eventually moving out solely to West
Chester. (This will leave an opening in
