Greening Greenwood: Greenwood students are learning how to be good stewards of our environment. This year’s academic theme “Tracks and Impacts” challenges students to reflect on the choices we make and how those choices impact our natural resources. Through our all-school initiative to reduce waste by composting, terracycling and recycling, we have greatly cut down our overall waste. So far this year, a Greenwood student generates 1/4 the garbage of an average elementary student!
Our Products: All of our Eco-Cleaner products are made at Greenwood Friends School by our students, teachers and parents. The ingredients are listed on the container and recipes are available upon request, or you may get a refill from us using the original container (or your own) at a discounted rate. Our ingredients are all natural, organic and effective, and can be found locally. The prices are comparable to what you would find for green supplies at a supermarket or health food store.
