Just north of Philadelphia, Chef-Owner Timothy E. Papa opened his restaurant in 1999 to showcase his talents and to offer discerning customers his interpretation of fine dining. It is no wonder 211 York has become so vastly popular.

Experience Chef Papa's philosophy of fine dining in a casually elegant bistro setting, with classic service and reasonable prices. Choose your meal from a menu in which appetizers, entrees and wines seamlessly complement each other.

Relax in his warm, bistro-style restaurant with sconce lighting giving a soft glow to the rustic brick, glass block walls, hardwood floors and copper-clad bar. Enjoy your meal in the main dining room or upstairs in the intimate mezzanine.
New Years Eve Reserve now for a romantic dinner with someone special or plan a party with friends. Choose from one of three seatings: 6:00pm, 7:30pm, and 9:30pm.
Guests of the last seating are invited to stay on for champagne with our compliments and possibly an impromptu party - to toast in the New Year.
We do not raise our prices for this evening. Chef prepares some extra- special dishes and we also offer champagne by the glass.
