Our office is a General Practice Law Firm with three Attorneys. Allen K. Tomlinson, Esq. (over 45 yrs of experience), Leslie C. Gerhart, Esq. (over 35 yrs of experience) and Barry J. Tomlinson, Esq. (over 25 yrs of experience). Each of the attorneys grew up in the Upper Perkiomen Valley and have been and continue to be actively involved in the community. The Attorneys provide many services for their clients, including counseling, advising and litigation.
As a general practice we are familiar with a wide range of areas of the law including- Wills, Estates, Estate Planning, Family Law, Business Law, Personal Injury, Real Estate Law, Civil and Criminal Litigation. We have found that the practice of law has become very specialized over the years. Because of this we have been developing a network of Attorneys that we can refer our clients to when we feel it is in their best interest for us to do so.
When we meet with a client we try to take a practical approach weighing many factors. Initially we determine if an agreed resolution can be achieved and if not, we consider alternative approaches and review with our clients the advantages and disadvantages (such as costs) before determining how to proceed.
