Our practice specializes in treating a variety of conditions, from chronic low back and neck pain to rehabilitation following an accident or injury. Our focus is helping people overcome their pain or injury as soon as possible, and to learn ways to avoid similar problems from occuring in the future.

Along with gentle, effective chiropractic treatment, we incorporate a number of other very effective therapies into our treatment plans. We are one of the few offices in the area that offers non-surgical DTS Spinal Decompression Therapy. This advanced treatment is very effective at treating disc problems (such as bulges & herniations) as well as nerve 'pinching' problems like sciatica. DTS therapy is also very effective at treating arthritic pain (degenerative disc/joint disease) as well as spinal stenosis. In addition to chiropractic and DTS therapy, our office also uses new, innovative therapies such as Low Level Laser Therapy (Cold Laser) to help accelerate the healing process and reduce pain. The end result is a stronger, healthier, pain free body.

In the Spring of 2007, Lisa Switzenberg, CMT joined our staff as our massage therapist. Chiropractic and massage therapy are a natural fit with each other, and it has been a great addition to the practice to be able to office quality massage therapy. She brings alot of experience in working with a variety of injuries and pain syndromes. In addition to massage therapy, Lisa also implements the 'exercise therapy instruction' part of the practice. We can also provide information about improving your diet & losing weight. In fact, we offer an in-house weight loss service that is medically responsible and has a fantastic success rate in helping people to make the proper 'lifestyle changes' that results in weight loss. Dr. Glass started Advanced Chiropractic & Rehab in December 2002. He was raised in the Lancaster County region, graduating in 1990 from Hempfield High School. For the four years prior to starting Advanced Chiropractic, he had been in active practice in Maryland, outside of Baltimore. He and his wife Jennifer have 3 young children and live in Hempfield.
