Thomas R. Roache, P.E.
Tom attended the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Surveyors state conference in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

Joined the firm in the capacity of Crew Party Chief for our survey department. His proficiencies include robotic total stations & Static GPS.
Heath Dumack, P.E. & P.L.S.
Heath has been appointed to the Habitat for Humanity site committee for Bucks County. in addition, Dumack Engineering has donated engineering for a 6 unit project in Bristol Twp, PA.

Dumack Engineering has donated funding to the Civil Engineering dept. Concrete Canoe competition.
Jason Van Zelst, P.E.
Jason attended the AISC Seismic seminar in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The focus of the seminar was to discuss the latest design requirements in seismic design.

Civil Designer / CAD Draftsman
2 years Experience in Land Desktop / Autocad 2004 preferred. Follow civil design from design through final as-built plans.
GPS Survey Technician
Survey Technician with 3-5 years of experience in Static and RTK surveying. Mission Planning and familiarity in Trimble and Topcon GPS a plus.

Civil Engineer with 5 years experience with a P.E. or ability to get a P.E. preferred. Land Development and major subdivision experience. Presentation at township meetings & client interaction.

We are intimately familiar with the structural requirements of high wind and seismic design code requirements both nationally and internationally.

We offer comprehensive design services in land development, stormwater management and subdivision work for commercial, industrial, residential and recreational projects.
Our Civil Department is composed of an experienced, dedicated and resourceful staff, and work with our clients on a personal level throughout the duration of any project while maintaining the highest professional level on our final product.

We perform single or multi-disciplined surveys on parcels ranging in size from small residential lots up to large commercial and industrial complexes.
Surveying is the core to any land development project since the survey supplies the initial data required for all field engineering or construction activity.
