As a home inspector, I incorporate my past experience in the construction industry into every job that I complete. As a customer, you can expect dependable service as the rule, not the exception. As a business owner, I strive to make integrity my first priority in everything that I do for each and every customer.
As a ASHI ( American Society of Home Inspectors) associate member, I support and follow their guidelines for property inspection and professional ethics. These guidelines can be found under the "Standards" tab above.

Company Philosophy
1. Objectivity: GPR Home Inspection is a fully independent business and as such, has no affiliation with any one real estate agency, bank, home repair or construction company. This avoids all real or perceived "conflicts of interest", making home/property inspection my only business.
2. Thoroughness: I normally only schedule one inspection per day, unless an emergency request is received. This allows me more then enough time to provide each client with a comprehensive inspection and a well documented inspection report. A normal inspection takes between 3.0 to 4.0 hours to complete and an additional 2.0 to 3.0 hours to generate each finished inspection report.
3. Detailed Reporting: We use the latest Home Inspection mobile software to complete and record our on-site inspection findings. This information is then up-loaded to our main computer, where we generate a detailed comprehensive report describing the condition of your property or the property that you are considering. Our reports can be generated using several different styles or combination of styles setup to meet your needs. Our reports also include photographs covering areas of concern or apparent defects and deficiencies. Your report can be sent via Email or if preferred, by Priority Mail to any address specified within the continental Untied States.
4. Continuing Education: Although most of my background comes from years of experience in the construction industry, I have also obtained multiple inspection related certificates and I am committed to completing a minimum of 16 to 20 hours of continuing education each year.
